HELPFUL HINTS

1.  Do your activities in a word processor and then copy and paste into the discussion room.
2.  Send yourself a copy of EVERYTHING that you send me.
3.  All material will be seen by the entire class...make SURE that you are proud of your work.
4.  Spelling, punctuation, and grammar all count  

Bio Activity

Let's get to know each other!  Write your own biography and post in the Bio section of the Discussion Room.  Keep in mind that your bio will make your first impression on everyone in the course so make it creative, entertaining, and memorable.

Include, at a minimum:

Your Name and where you were born and raised

Three skills you would like to develop or improve

Your hobbies

Something funny that happened to you

Something that everyone would be surprised to know about you

 

I will be judging certain characteristics about your bio such as spelling, grammar, punctuation, ability to tell a story, ability to create interest, ability to entertain, and your ability to make yourself standout in a crowd....all VERY important business skills to have!
